隨著我國對外開放的日益深入和國際合作的增多,引進(jìn)國外先進(jìn)管理體系的要求也越來越迫切。在商務(wù)談判中,準(zhǔn)確完整的信息作為雙方交流的基礎(chǔ),是談判成功的先決條件,商務(wù)談判參考文本（經(jīng)貿(mào)文本的一種）的翻譯也應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。此翻譯項目報告結(jié)合二十世紀(jì)七、八十年代德國功能派翻譯理論,對商務(wù)談判參考文本的翻譯進(jìn)行分析探討。通過文本分析（包括文本類型和語言特點(diǎn)）和翻譯實踐,作者總結(jié)翻譯過程中遇到的難點(diǎn)（抽象名詞,長句翻譯,語言文化差異）和教訓(xùn),并針對這些難點(diǎn)和教訓(xùn)提出對應(yīng)的翻譯技巧（詞類轉(zhuǎn)換,分譯,句子成分轉(zhuǎn)換,語義性增譯,減譯,非人稱主語轉(zhuǎn)換）和給類似的翻譯帶來的啟示。作者希望通過撰寫此翻譯項目報告,為今后進(jìn)行實用文本,特別是商務(wù)談判參考文本的翻譯打下較為扎實的基礎(chǔ),并為翻譯理論與實踐結(jié)合的研究提供一定的參考資料。
