摘要：

加強(qiáng)環(huán)境監(jiān)測(cè)質(zhì)量管理人員隊(duì)伍建設(shè)、提高環(huán)境監(jiān)測(cè)工作質(zhì)量是環(huán)境監(jiān)管部門需要解決的重點(diǎn)問題。本文通過對(duì)環(huán)境監(jiān)測(cè)質(zhì)量管理人員隊(duì)伍目前所存在的問題進(jìn)行剖析，闡述建立高素質(zhì)管理隊(duì)伍的重要性，并根據(jù)存在的問題提出相應(yīng)的解決措施，完善培訓(xùn)機(jī)制，提高管理人員素質(zhì)，為環(huán)境監(jiān)測(cè)質(zhì)量管理工作提供有益的建議。

Abstract： 

To strengthen the construction of environment monitoring quality management team and improve the quality of the environmental monitoring work are both the key problem to be solved of environmental regulators .This paper expounded the importance of building high quality management team based on analyzing the currently existing problems of the environmental monitoring quality management team and put forward corresponding solving measures according to existing problems .Complete the training mechanism , improve the quality of management staff and provide useful suggestions to environment monitoring quality management .
