【摘要】：結(jié)合公務(wù)員調(diào)動(dòng)檔案審核機(jī)制的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,論述檔案審核過程的發(fā)展困境,探討公務(wù)員調(diào)動(dòng)檔案審核工作必需具備的管理機(jī)制,從健全公務(wù)員檔案審核規(guī)章制度、完善公務(wù)員檔案審核機(jī)制體系、落實(shí)干部調(diào)度檔案審核工作、檔案信息審核標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化等方面提出完善公務(wù)員調(diào)動(dòng)檔案審核責(zé)任機(jī)制的對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:Combined with the present situation of the development of civil servant transfer file audit mechanism, this paper discusses the development predicament of file audit process, probes into the necessary management mechanism of civil servant transfer file audit work, and puts forward some countermeasures for perfecting the responsibility mechanism of civil servant transfer file audit from the aspects of perfecting civil servant file audit rules and regulations, perfecting civil servant file audit mechanism system, carrying out cadre dispatch file audit work, file information audit standardization and so on.
