【摘要】：西方治理理論的興起源于傳統(tǒng)管理理論的方法論危機(jī),它意味著國家管理思維由權(quán)威主義向多元主義的轉(zhuǎn)變,即由傳統(tǒng)的管理方式逐漸轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)橛啥嘣詤⑴c主體、互動(dòng)性協(xié)調(diào)方式和整合性治理策略構(gòu)成的治理方式。然而這種方法論的轉(zhuǎn)向也有其內(nèi)在困境,具體表現(xiàn)為公私界限的模糊性導(dǎo)致治理自身的合法性受到質(zhì)疑,政府在治理過程中的角色不明以及治理理論在實(shí)踐中的價(jià)值局限。正視這些問題對(duì)治理理論的發(fā)展與完善具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:The rise of western governance theory originates from the methodological crisis of traditional management theory, which means the transformation of national management thinking from authoritarianism to pluralism, that is, from traditional management mode to governance mode composed of pluralistic participants, interactive coordination mode and integrated governance strategy. However, the turn of this methodology also has its inherent dilemma, which is manifested in the fuzziness of the boundary between public and private, which leads to the questioning of the legitimacy of governance itself, the unknown role of government in the process of governance and the limitation of the value of governance theory in practice. It is of great significance to face these problems squarely for the development and perfection of governance theory.
