【摘要】：伴隨資本主義的產(chǎn)生與發(fā)展,市場經(jīng)濟的快速推動為志愿者發(fā)展提供了經(jīng)濟的支持,以大學生志愿者公益性學生社團為主力軍,星星之火可以燎原,促使全國志愿者群體和隊伍的崛起。近幾年,越來越多大學生的投入志愿者行列,漸漸成為我國志愿者軍隊不可或缺的組成部分。然而,大學生志愿團隊在組織志愿服務時,出現(xiàn)一些問題,影響了服務的效果。本文通過問卷和訪談,分析大學生志愿者團隊的問題,以豪斯綜合激勵模型為依據(jù),總結工作本身、任務完成和外部因素三方面存在的問題,進而引出工作倦怠對志愿者、服務對象和社會的影響,再從社會工作的角度,以小組工作介入,幫助志愿者克服困難,提高效率。
[Abstract]:With the emergence and development of capitalism, the rapid promotion of market economy provides economic support for the development of volunteers. Taking the public welfare student associations of college students as the main force, the spark can start a prairie fire and promote the rise of volunteer groups and teams throughout the country. In recent years, more and more college students put into the volunteer ranks, gradually become an indispensable part of the volunteer army in our country. However, when the volunteer team of college students organizes voluntary service, there are some problems, which affect the effect of the service. Through questionnaires and interviews, this paper analyzes the problems of college students' volunteer team, summarizes the problems existing in the work itself, task completion and external factors on the basis of House's comprehensive incentive model, and then leads to the influence of job burnout on volunteers, service objects and society, and then from the point of view of social work, helps volunteers to overcome difficulties and improve efficiency.
