【摘要】：當(dāng)前,鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)基層公務(wù)員激勵機制在薪酬、考核、晉升、獎勵等方面都存在突出問題,影響其工作積極性,影響到有關(guān)政策措施的實施。優(yōu)化鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)基層公務(wù)員激勵機制,需要切實增強物質(zhì)激勵、著力拓寬晉升制度、豐富完善考核制度及健全監(jiān)督約束機制,增強他們干事創(chuàng)業(yè)的動力。
[Abstract]:At present, the incentive mechanism of grass-roots civil servants in villages and towns has outstanding problems in salary, assessment, promotion, reward and so on, which affects its working enthusiasm and the implementation of relevant policies and measures. In order to optimize the incentive mechanism of grass-roots civil servants in villages and towns, it is necessary to strengthen the material incentive, expand the promotion system, enrich and perfect the examination system, perfect the supervision and restraint mechanism, and enhance their motivation to start a business.
