【摘要】：正城中村改造安置的過(guò)程中往往存在諸多問(wèn)題。如政府提供的安置點(diǎn)難以符合被征收戶(hù)的要求,引致一些農(nóng)戶(hù)不滿(mǎn);部分被征收戶(hù)對(duì)貨幣補(bǔ)償安置后發(fā)放的拆遷款管理不善,將資金用于賭博、玩樂(lè)等,導(dǎo)致暴富快貧,形成新的貧困戶(hù);安置房從建成到交付往往用時(shí)過(guò)長(zhǎng),被征收戶(hù)不得不先租房,影響搬遷的積極性;安置小區(qū)將原本相鄰的被征收戶(hù)聚集到一起,思想和習(xí)慣上相互影響,難以真正融入城市,有違城中村改造"農(nóng)民市民化"的初衷;產(chǎn)權(quán)調(diào)換安置存在土地資源節(jié)
[Abstract]:There are often many problems in the process of reconstruction and resettlement of Zhengcheng village. If the resettlement sites provided by the Government cannot meet the requirements of the expropriated households, some farmers will be dissatisfied; Some of the expropriated households have mismanaged the demolition funds issued after the monetary compensation and resettlement, and used the funds to gamble, play and so on, resulting in wealth and poverty, resulting in the formation of new poor households; Housing from completion to delivery is often too long, the requisitioned households have to rent first, affecting the enthusiasm of relocation; The settlement district brings together the originally adjacent expropriated households, and their thoughts and habits interact with each other, which makes it difficult to really integrate into the city, and there is a violation of the original intention of transforming the villages in the city into "peasant urbanization"; there is a section of land resources in the exchange of property rights for resettlement.
