【摘要】：組織治理規(guī)則是組織理論中一個重要但尚待發(fā)展的研究主題。本文綜合運用組織分析新制度主義和新制度經(jīng)濟學的相關(guān)理論,以對中國C行業(yè)協(xié)會的觀察分析為基礎(chǔ),構(gòu)建了解釋組織治理規(guī)則實施影響機制的理論模型。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),組織治理規(guī)則實施實質(zhì)上是組織內(nèi)外多元參與者的博弈過程,參與者的權(quán)力地位、利益和效用函數(shù)對規(guī)則實施有著重要影響。不同參與者的群體規(guī)模、群體內(nèi)部信息溝通程度、群體凝聚力及群體認同程度決定了參與者能否采取集體行動,進而影響規(guī)則實施程度。治理規(guī)則的起源方式是影響規(guī)則實施的一個重要因素,內(nèi)生性規(guī)則通常更具可實施性。參與者具有充分信息是治理規(guī)則實施的關(guān)鍵因素,行動者對信息的占有是權(quán)力實施的基礎(chǔ)。對參與者的激勵是規(guī)則實施的必要條件。
[Abstract]:The rule of organizational governance is an important but still to be developed subject in organizational theory. Based on the observation and analysis of China's C trade association, this paper sets up a theoretical model to explain the influence mechanism of the implementation of the rules of organizational governance, based on the theories of new institutionalism and new institutional economics of organizational analysis, which is based on the observation and analysis of China's C trade association. It is found that the implementation of organizational governance rules is essentially a game process of multiple participants inside and outside the organization, and the power status, interests and utility functions of the participants have an important impact on the implementation of the rules. The group size of different participants, the degree of information communication within the group, the cohesion of the group and the degree of group identity determine whether the participants can take collective action, and then affect the degree of implementation of the rules. The origin of governance rules is an important factor affecting the implementation of rules. Endogenous rules are usually more enforceable. Participants have sufficient information is the key factor in the implementation of governance rules, and the actor's possession of information is the basis of power enforcement. The incentive to the participants is a necessary condition for the implementation of the rules.
