【摘要】：正今年32歲的洪潤浩是黑龍江省哈爾濱市道外區(qū)"洪潤浩志愿者服務隊"隊長。2006年11月,洪潤浩成立了哈爾濱市第一支以個人名字命名的志愿服務組織,并在道外區(qū)民政局登記注冊。他出身于貧困家庭,身體有殘疾,在黨和政府的多年幫助下一步步走出了人生困境。為此,他內心當中一直想著要多做好事善事,為群眾分憂解難。
[Abstract]:Hong Runhao, 32, is the captain of the HongRunhao volunteer service team in Daowai District, Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province. In November 2006, Hong Runhao established the first voluntary service organization in Harbin named after a person. And registered in the Daowai District Civil Affairs Bureau. He was born into a poor family, physically disabled, helped by the party and the government for many years step by step out of the plight of life. To this end, he has been thinking of doing more good and good deeds, for the masses to share the trouble.
