【摘要】：政務(wù)服務(wù)中心的自身屬性決定了它所實(shí)施的管理創(chuàng)新、業(yè)務(wù)創(chuàng)新和服務(wù)創(chuàng)新是政府層面的,具有整體性、系統(tǒng)性和關(guān)聯(lián)性特征,必然要超越行政審批制度改革,成為政府職能轉(zhuǎn)變、行政體制改革的重要構(gòu)成。政務(wù)服務(wù)對信息化技術(shù)在集中管理、部門協(xié)同和用戶導(dǎo)向下的廣泛應(yīng)用,政務(wù)服務(wù)中心的組織體制加速變革,需要探討互聯(lián)網(wǎng)下政務(wù)服務(wù)不同治理模式的運(yùn)作機(jī)制及選擇策略。
[Abstract]:The administrative service center's own attribute determines the management innovation that it implements, the business innovation and the service innovation are the government level, has the integrity, the system and the correlation characteristic, must surpass the administrative examination and approval system reform, It has become an important component of the transformation of government function and the reform of administrative system.
