【摘要】：【目的/意義】對(duì)政務(wù)微博信息交流效率展開評(píng)價(jià),指導(dǎo)政務(wù)微博運(yùn)營管理與內(nèi)容建設(shè),并豐富社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境下的信息交流理論研究。【方法/過程】以外宣、司法、團(tuán)委等十大類型政務(wù)微博為研究對(duì)象,基于內(nèi)容、關(guān)系、時(shí)間三個(gè)維度,選取提及行為"@"、話題標(biāo)簽"#"、互動(dòng)數(shù)等指標(biāo),構(gòu)建了政務(wù)微博信息交流效率評(píng)價(jià)的指標(biāo)體系。采用DEA-VRS模型對(duì)政務(wù)微博的信息交流效率展開評(píng)價(jià),通過冗余分析為不同類型的政務(wù)微博的信息交流效率改進(jìn)提供建議。【結(jié)果/結(jié)論】政務(wù)微博信息交流效率處于中等水平,合理配置相關(guān)政務(wù)微博的投入規(guī)�？捎行岣咂湫畔⒔涣餍仕健�
[Abstract]:[objective / significance] to evaluate the efficiency of information exchange of Weibo, to guide the operational management and content construction of the government administration Weibo, and to enrich the theoretical research of information exchange in the social network environment. Weibo, the top ten types of government affairs, as the research object, based on three dimensions of content, relationship and time, selects the reference behavior "@", the topic label "#", the number of interactions, and so on. This paper constructs the index system of evaluating the efficiency of information exchange of government affairs Weibo. The DEA-VRS model is used to evaluate the efficiency of information exchange of government affairs Weibo. The redundancy analysis provides suggestions for the improvement of information exchange efficiency of different types of government affairs Weibo. [results / conclusion] the efficiency of information exchange between the two governments is at a medium level. Reasonable allocation of the investment scale of relevant government affairs Weibo can effectively improve the efficiency level of information exchange.
