【摘要】：針對(duì)水利工程移民的住房感知問題和住房感知等級(jí)為定序變量的特點(diǎn),基于有序logistic回歸分析理論,構(gòu)建移民住房感知的有序logistic回歸模型,并針對(duì)浯溪口水利樞紐工程移民進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究。主要結(jié)論如下:1施肥種類、最高教育水平和家庭年收入對(duì)移民住房感知存在顯著正向作用,水源種類對(duì)移民住房感知存在顯著負(fù)向作用。2施肥種類要素分析表明,當(dāng)?shù)匾泼裆顚?duì)農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)依賴性較高,且移民對(duì)區(qū)域交通狀態(tài)改變預(yù)期是導(dǎo)致其住房感知差異化的主要因素。3最高教育水平要素分析表明,教育程度越高,移民住房感知越高。4水源要素分析表明,移民對(duì)水源的獲取難度和成本的預(yù)期越差,其住房感知越差。5家庭年收入要素分析表明,家庭年收入越高,移民對(duì)未來的預(yù)期越好,其住房感知越高,經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展是解決移民問題的基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:In view of the housing perception problem of water conservancy project migrants and the characteristic that the housing perception level is the order variable, based on the ordered logistic regression analysis theory, the orderly logistic regression model of the housing perception of the migrants is constructed. An empirical study was carried out on the project migrants of the Zhuxikou Water Conservancy Project. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) the types of fertilization, the highest education level and the annual income of families have significant positive effects on the perception of housing of migrants, while the types of water sources have a significant negative effect on the perception of housing of migrants. The local migrants' life is highly dependent on agricultural production, and the expectation of the change of the regional traffic state is the main factor leading to the difference of their housing perception. 3 the analysis of the elements of the highest education level shows that the higher the educational level, the higher the education level. The higher the perception of housing is, the higher the water element analysis shows, the worse the expectation of the difficulty and cost of obtaining water is, the worse the housing perception is. 5 the analysis of household income factor shows that the higher the annual income of the family, the higher the household income. The better the expectation of the future, the higher the housing perception of immigrants. Economic development is the basis to solve the problem of migration.
