【摘要】：20世紀90年代以來,以單位制消解和社區(qū)建設勃興為主要內(nèi)容的社會體制變革從根本上改變了中國社會的基層結(jié)構(gòu)。但作為新中國成立以來中國社會的基本社會構(gòu)架,單位并沒有完全退場,而是以"隱形在場"的形式繼續(xù)發(fā)揮影響。在典型的單位社區(qū)場域內(nèi),單位的"隱形在場"一般表現(xiàn)為"權(quán)力資本"的潛在運行、"文化資本"的歷史積淀和"關(guān)系資本"的內(nèi)在延續(xù)三種主要形態(tài)。可見,在后單位社會來臨的背景下,單位元素雖然開始褪色,但仍通過"隱形在場"的方式影響著社區(qū)建設的模式選擇與發(fā)展進程,對于新時期社區(qū)的公共性建構(gòu)及其功能發(fā)揮,產(chǎn)生了重要影響。對于單位社區(qū)而言,如何恰當?shù)靥幚砗?單位"與"社區(qū)"之間的關(guān)聯(lián),成為新時期中國基層社會治理活動展開的關(guān)鍵。
[Abstract]:Since the 1990s, the reform of social system, which focuses on the dissolution of unit system and the flourishing of community construction, has fundamentally changed the basic structure of Chinese society. However, as the basic social structure of Chinese society since the founding of New China, the unit has not completely left the scene, but continues to exert its influence in the form of "invisible presence". In a typical unit community field, the "invisible presence" of the unit is generally manifested as the potential operation of "power capital", the historical accumulation of "cultural capital" and the inherent continuation of "relational capital". It can be seen that under the background of the coming of post-unit society, although the unit elements begin to fade, they still influence the mode selection and development process of community construction through the way of "invisible presence". It has an important influence on the public construction and function of the community in the new period. For unit community, how to properly deal with the relationship between "unit" and "community" has become the key to the development of social governance activities at the grass-roots level in China in the new period.
