政府2.0:歐洲戰(zhàn)略與實踐

【摘要】:政府2.0是互聯(lián)網(wǎng)演化和延伸的一個新階段,它與Web2.0技術(shù)的興起和廣泛運(yùn)用緊密相關(guān)。分析了政府2.0的內(nèi)涵與特征,闡述了歐洲主要國家的政府2.0發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,并根據(jù)歐盟在線公共服務(wù)狀況年度報告中的服務(wù)類型劃分,通過獲取中央政府網(wǎng)站上的電子政務(wù)概況說明,對法國、德國、意大利和英國四國運(yùn)用政府2.0工具的實踐進(jìn)行了分析和評估。
[Abstract]:Government 2.0 is a new stage of Internet evolution and extension, which is closely related to the rise and wide application of Web2.0 technology. This paper analyzes the connotation and characteristics of government 2.0, expounds the development strategy of government 2.0 in major European countries, and classifies the types of services according to the annual report on the state of public services online in the European Union. This paper analyzes and evaluates the practice of using the government 2.0 tool in France, Germany, Italy and Britain by obtaining the e-government fact sheet on the central government website.
