【摘要】：三峽庫(kù)區(qū)已完成了百萬(wàn)移民的搬遷安置,進(jìn)入了移民安穩(wěn)致富的新階段,庫(kù)區(qū)社會(huì)和諧穩(wěn)定對(duì)促進(jìn)庫(kù)區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)健康發(fā)展和實(shí)現(xiàn)全面建成小康社會(huì)的目標(biāo)具有重要作用。本研究重點(diǎn)關(guān)注和諧庫(kù)區(qū)建設(shè)思路及評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系構(gòu)建:一方面,從理論層面,重點(diǎn)論述與庫(kù)區(qū)和諧社會(huì)相關(guān)的理論認(rèn)識(shí)成果;另一方面,從實(shí)際管理運(yùn)用層面,構(gòu)建了庫(kù)區(qū)和諧評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,可為移民動(dòng)態(tài)管理提供有力的技術(shù)支撐。
[Abstract]:The three Gorges Reservoir area has completed the relocation and resettlement of millions of immigrants and entered a new stage of stability and prosperity for immigrants. Social harmony and stability in the reservoir area plays an important role in promoting the healthy development of economy and society in the reservoir area and realizing the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way. This study focuses on the construction of harmonious reservoir areas and the construction of evaluation index system: on the one hand, from the theoretical level, focus on the theoretical understanding of the harmonious society in the reservoir area; On the other hand, the harmonious evaluation index system of reservoir area is constructed from the aspect of practical management, which can provide strong technical support for the dynamic management of immigrants.
