【摘要】：微信和微博信息傳播迅速、影響力大,具有互動性、實(shí)時性、移動性等特點(diǎn)。在近年來的公共事件中,雙微信息傳播發(fā)揮著越來越重要的作用,但在多個公共危機(jī)事件中可以看到,傳播過程的信息失真引發(fā)了很多問題,造成不良的社會影響。采用知微數(shù)據(jù)分析工具、PKUVIS微博可視分析工具,以2015年天津港爆炸事件為例對雙微信息傳播數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,給出天津港爆炸事件傳播脈絡(luò)圖和高轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)量微博傳播分析圖,進(jìn)而對利益相關(guān)者進(jìn)行分析,利益相關(guān)者的不同主場會導(dǎo)致不同的信息發(fā)布、選擇和接收行為。分析天津港爆炸事件中雙微信息傳播失真的類型與原因,探討雙微自凈機(jī)制和分工協(xié)作機(jī)制,從法律法規(guī)、政府管理、技術(shù)平臺和信息倫理四個層面提出了雙微信息傳播失真的防范策略。
[Abstract]:WeChat and Weibo information spread quickly, influence, interactive, real-time, mobility and other characteristics. In recent years, double microinformation communication plays a more and more important role in public events. However, it can be seen in many public crisis events that the distortion of information in the process of communication has caused many problems, resulting in bad social impact. By using the tool of knowledge microdata analysis and the visual analysis tool of PKUVIS Weibo, taking the explosion of Tianjin Port in 2015 as an example, the transmission data of double microinformation are analyzed, and the sequence map of propagation of the explosion in Tianjin Port and the analysis chart of the spread of the high forwarding amount Weibo are given. Then the stakeholders are analyzed, the different home areas of stakeholders will lead to different information release, selection and reception behavior. This paper analyzes on the types and causes of the distortion of the spread of double microinformation in the explosion incident of Tianjin Port, probes into the mechanism of double micro-self-purification and the mechanism of division of labor and cooperation, from the aspects of laws and regulations, government administration, etc. Four levels of technology platform and information ethics are put forward to prevent the distortion of double microinformation transmission.
