【摘要】：中國共產(chǎn)黨人擯棄了歷史上長期存在的消極的多民族觀,從毛澤東起開始建構(gòu)積極的多民族觀。中國共產(chǎn)黨歷代領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者在不同時代背景下不斷豐富、發(fā)展著積極的多民族觀。他們持有的積極的多民族觀有共性和鮮明的個性。中國共產(chǎn)黨人積極的多民族觀經(jīng)過一個較長的演化過程后,逐漸演化成多民族優(yōu)勢論。這種演化具有一些基本特點(diǎn)。習(xí)近平關(guān)于多民族是我國發(fā)展的一大有利因素重大論斷的提出,標(biāo)志著多民族優(yōu)勢論的正式確立。這是對歷史上多民族問題論的重大突破,是對中國特色民族理論的一大創(chuàng)新,極大拓展了多民族國家發(fā)展的新空間。
[Abstract]:The Chinese Communists abandoned the long-existing negative view of multi-nationality in history and began to construct the positive view of multi-nationality from Mao Zedong. The leaders of the Communist Party of China (CPC) have been rich in different times and developed a positive view of multi-nationality. They hold the positive multi-national view has the common character and the distinct individuality. After a long evolutionary process, the Chinese Communists' positive view of multi-nationality gradually evolved into the theory of multi-ethnic superiority. This evolution has some basic characteristics. Xi Jinping's conclusion that multi-ethnic is one of the major favorable factors for China's development marks the formal establishment of the theory of multi-ethnic superiority. This is a great breakthrough to the theory of multi-ethnic issues in history, a great innovation to the theory of nationalities with Chinese characteristics, and a great expansion of the new space for the development of multi-ethnic countries.
