【摘要】：現(xiàn)代社會(huì)需要新的社會(huì)理論進(jìn)行引導(dǎo),協(xié)同治理應(yīng)時(shí)出現(xiàn),為政府、市場(chǎng)、社會(huì)參與社會(huì)管理提供了理論基礎(chǔ)。人才管理過程中存在多種問題,人才管理主體單一;政府在管理過程中過度干預(yù),角色失位;市場(chǎng)與社會(huì)組織還沒有完全發(fā)揮出自己的引導(dǎo)作用,各自對(duì)自己職責(zé)范圍界定不清。這決定了人才治理也是協(xié)同治理的重要組成部分,實(shí)現(xiàn)人才的協(xié)同治理具有深遠(yuǎn)意義,促使社會(huì)組織發(fā)展變革,加快政府轉(zhuǎn)型,滿足市場(chǎng)需求,推進(jìn)社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)加快發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Modern society needs the guidance of new social theory, and coordinated governance appears in time, which provides a theoretical basis for government, market and society to participate in social management. There are many problems in the process of talent management, the main body of talent management is single, the government has intervened excessively in the process of management, the role has been lost, the market and social organization have not fully played their leading role. The scope of their respective responsibilities is not clearly defined. This determines that talent governance is also an important part of collaborative governance. It is of far-reaching significance to realize the coordinated governance of talents, promote the development and transformation of social organizations, accelerate the transformation of the government, and meet the needs of the market. We will speed up the development of the socialist market economy.
