【摘要】：跨國境線而居的族群,既受他國同族人在族源、語言、文化等方面對他們的吸引,也有對母國的政治認同。一旦跨境族群對本族群的認同強于國家認同,加上母國民族政策的失誤及國際勢力的蠱惑,跨境族群的不滿情緒就可能釀成分離主義,并謀求建立“自己的”民族國家�？缇匙迦悍蛛x主義出現(xiàn)的主要原因有:跨境族群分離主義對“民族自決權(quán)”的蓄意歪曲;國際勢力對跨境族群分離主義的推波助瀾;泛民族主義的泛濫和蠱惑等。面對跨境族群分離主義對當代主權(quán)國家的瘋狂解構(gòu),既需要繼續(xù)推動和發(fā)揮聯(lián)合國在反對與遏制跨境族群分離主義中的作用,也需要跨境族群母國加大民族國家構(gòu)建力度以提升跨境族群的國家認同,還需要相關(guān)國家在治理跨境族群分離主義問題上積極合作。
[Abstract]:The ethnic groups living across the border are attracted by their ethnic origin, language and culture, as well as the political identity of their home country. Once cross-border ethnic groups have stronger recognition of their own ethnic group than national identity, coupled with the mistakes of the national policy of the home country and the demagoguery of international forces, the discontent of cross-border ethnic groups may lead to separatism and seek to establish their own nation-state. The main reasons for the emergence of cross-border ethnic separatism are as follows: the deliberate distortion of "national self-determination" by cross-border ethnic separatism; the contribution of international forces to cross-border ethnic separatism; the spread and demagoguery of pan-nationalism. In the face of the frantic deconstruction of contemporary sovereign states by cross-border ethnic separatism, it is necessary to continue to promote and give play to the role of the United Nations in opposing and containing cross-border ethnic separatism. It also needs to strengthen the nation-state construction in order to promote the national identity of cross-border ethnic groups, and to cooperate actively in the management of cross-border ethnic separatism.
