【摘要】：中國經(jīng)濟與城市化自改革開放以來取得了長足的發(fā)展,但是隨著社會發(fā)展的深化,各種環(huán)境、健康衛(wèi)生和安全管理等問題也日益增多。為實現(xiàn)推進健康中國建設的戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃,地方政府則需要進一步加強健康城市建設。完善電子政務系統(tǒng)能為地方政府建設健康城市提供有效的治理路徑,可分析完善電子政務之于地方政府健康城市建設的契合性,列舉地方政府加強健康城市建設的必要性,并通過完善衛(wèi)生健康服務電子化、提升地方政府信息化輔助決策系統(tǒng)、在健康城市建設中完善首席信息主管制度的治理路徑來提升健康城市建設能力,實現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟增長、區(qū)域擴張與城市健康的平衡發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:China's economy and urbanization have made great progress since the reform and opening up, but with the deepening of social development, a variety of environmental, health and safety management problems are also increasing. In order to realize the strategic plan of promoting the construction of healthy China, local governments need to further strengthen the construction of healthy cities. Perfecting the e-government system can provide an effective governance path for local governments to build healthy cities. It can analyze the compatibility of E-government to the construction of healthy cities of local governments, and enumerate the necessity of strengthening the construction of healthy cities by local governments. And through perfecting the electronic health service, promoting the local government information assistant decision-making system, and perfecting the management path of the chief information management system in the construction of healthy city, to enhance the ability of healthy city construction and realize the economic growth. Balanced development between regional expansion and urban health.
