【摘要】：中國新一輪政府機(jī)構(gòu)改革能否達(dá)到預(yù)期目標(biāo),取決于各級地方政府機(jī)構(gòu)改革的成效。筆者指出了當(dāng)前地方政府機(jī)構(gòu)改革面臨的主要問題,簡析政府改革的動因,闡釋地方政府機(jī)構(gòu)改革的原則和側(cè)重點(diǎn),結(jié)合詔安縣案例,對改革中遇到的問題做出可行性分析,以期對中國地方政府的改革有一個全新的認(rèn)識。
[Abstract]:Whether China's new round of reform of government institutions can achieve the desired goals depends on the effectiveness of the reform of local government institutions at all levels. The author points out the main problems in the reform of local government institutions at present, analyzes the causes of government reform, explains the principles and emphases of the reform of local government institutions, and makes a feasibility analysis on the problems encountered in the reform in combination with the case of Zhaoan County. With a view to China's local government reform has a new understanding.
