青年公務員心理失衡的預防及疏解之策

【摘要】:正中國人力資源開發(fā)網2015年的一份行業(yè)心理健康問題報告顯示,我國公務員隊伍中有29.3%的人存在心理問題,在所有心理疾病患者中有10%是公務員,這一比例遠高于其他職業(yè)群體。在某省的一次職場心理健康調查中,公務員的心理狀態(tài)評估排名在所有職業(yè)中倒數(shù)第一。其中,青年公務員因為自身特點、思想準備、承壓能力、外部環(huán)境等方面的原因,心理健康方面的問題更為嚴重,心理失衡的現(xiàn)象也更為常見。因此,有必要加強對
[Abstract]:According to a 2015 industry mental health report by China Human Resources Development Network, 29.3 percent of Chinese civil servants have psychological problems, and 10 percent of all patients with mental illness are civil servants. This proportion is much higher than that of other occupational groups. In a provincial survey of mental health in the workplace, civil servants ranked the lowest of all professions in terms of mental state assessment. Among them, the mental health problems of young civil servants are more serious and the phenomenon of psychological imbalance is more common because of their own characteristics, ideological preparation, pressure bearing ability, external environment and other reasons.
