【摘要】：開發(fā)與挖掘龐大體量的政府?dāng)?shù)據(jù),提升政務(wù)大數(shù)據(jù)應(yīng)用價(jià)值,是當(dāng)前我國(guó)大數(shù)據(jù)建設(shè)的重要任務(wù),對(duì)促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)和轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí),推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)全面發(fā)展,增強(qiáng)我國(guó)綜合國(guó)力和國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力具有重要意義。概述了我國(guó)當(dāng)前政務(wù)大數(shù)據(jù)應(yīng)用發(fā)展的背景和現(xiàn)狀,從武漢市政務(wù)大數(shù)據(jù)建設(shè)實(shí)踐出發(fā)分析了政務(wù)大數(shù)據(jù)建設(shè)中存在的主要問題,從創(chuàng)新管理、完善數(shù)據(jù)共享長(zhǎng)效機(jī)制,應(yīng)用驅(qū)動(dòng)、探索政務(wù)大數(shù)據(jù)中心建設(shè)模式,發(fā)掘應(yīng)用、提升政務(wù)大數(shù)據(jù)社會(huì)效益等三個(gè)方面提出了化解政務(wù)大數(shù)據(jù)建設(shè)難題、提升政務(wù)大數(shù)據(jù)建設(shè)效益的有關(guān)建議。
[Abstract]:It is an important task to develop and excavate large amount of government data and to promote the application value of big data in government affairs. It is an important task in the construction of big data in our country. It can promote the economic growth and transformation and upgrade, and promote the overall development of economy and society. It is of great significance to enhance China's comprehensive national strength and international competitiveness. This paper summarizes the background and present situation of the application and development of government big data in China, analyzes the main problems existing in the construction of government affairs big data from the practice of big data construction of government affairs in Wuhan, and improves the long-effect mechanism of data sharing from the perspective of innovative management. This paper probes into the construction mode of government big data center, explores its application and promotes the social benefit of government affairs big data, and puts forward some suggestions on how to solve the problem of government affairs big data construction and how to improve the efficiency of government affairs big data construction.
