習(xí)近平國(guó)家治理能力思想研究

【摘要】：2013年11月,黨的十八屆三中全會(huì)通過(guò)的《中共中央關(guān)于全面深化改革若干重大問(wèn)題的決定》中,首次顯露了習(xí)近平國(guó)家治理能力思想。以習(xí)近平為總書(shū)記的新一屆黨中央從黨和國(guó)家發(fā)展的高度出發(fā),對(duì)實(shí)現(xiàn)國(guó)家治理能力做了深入研究和積極探索,提出一系列新思想、新思路、新論斷。這些新的看法符合社會(huì)發(fā)展的基本規(guī)律,符合中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義制度建設(shè)的基本要求,符合馬克思主義中國(guó)化的基本內(nèi)涵。習(xí)近平關(guān)于國(guó)家治理能力的系統(tǒng)論述,已經(jīng)形成完整的國(guó)家治理能力思想,是黨執(zhí)政的重要理念。對(duì)習(xí)近平國(guó)家治理能力思想的研究是時(shí)代賦予我們的重大課題,具有十分重要的研究?jī)r(jià)值。論文在系統(tǒng)研究十八大以來(lái)黨的路線(xiàn)、方針政策及習(xí)近平總書(shū)記關(guān)于治國(guó)理政系列講話(huà)的基礎(chǔ)上,深入探析了習(xí)近平國(guó)家治理能力思想的理論基礎(chǔ)、提出背景、提出過(guò)程及特點(diǎn),歸納總結(jié)了習(xí)近平國(guó)家治理能力思想的主要內(nèi)容,分析了思想的本質(zhì)要求,指出了習(xí)近平國(guó)家治理能力思想以實(shí)現(xiàn)中國(guó)夢(mèng)為核心目標(biāo),以“四個(gè)全面”為實(shí)現(xiàn)途徑,并從實(shí)踐和理論兩個(gè)方面剖析了其思想的重要意義。
[Abstract]:In November 2013, the decision of the CPC Central Committee on several important issues of comprehensively deepening reform adopted by the third Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee revealed for the first time Xi Jinping's thinking of state governance. The new CPC Central Committee, with Xi Jinping as its general secretary, has made a thorough study and positive exploration on the realization of the ability of national governance from the height of the development of the Party and the country, and has put forward a series of new ideas, and new judgments. These new views accord with the basic laws of social development, the basic requirements of the construction of socialist system with Chinese characteristics, and the basic connotation of Marxism in China. Xi Jinping's systematic discussion on the ability of national governance has formed a complete thought of national governance, which is an important concept of the Party's ruling power. The study of Xi Jinping's national governance ability is an important subject given by the times and has very important research value. On the basis of a systematic study of the Party's line, principles and policies since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) and General Secretary Xi Jinping's series of speeches on governing the country, the paper makes a thorough analysis of the theoretical basis of Xi Jinping's national governance thinking and puts forward the background. This paper puts forward the process and characteristics, summarizes the main contents of Xi Jinping's national governance ability thought, analyzes the essential requirements of the thought, and points out that Xi Jinping's national governance ability thought regards the realization of Chinese Dream as the core goal. This paper takes "four all-round" as the way to realize, and analyzes the significance of its thought from the aspects of practice and theory.
