【摘要】：正鄰避風(fēng)險是當(dāng)前社會治理的熱點與難點。現(xiàn)有文獻對鄰避風(fēng)險的相關(guān)研究做過初步歸納和總結(jié),但未見關(guān)于鄰避設(shè)施風(fēng)險更為系統(tǒng)的研究梳理。本文從環(huán)境設(shè)施鄰避風(fēng)險的產(chǎn)生根源、風(fēng)險類型、風(fēng)險演變動力、風(fēng)險治理路徑等方面對國外研究文獻進行梳理,初步構(gòu)建環(huán)境鄰避風(fēng)險分析框架,為鄰避風(fēng)險的深入研究提供理論借鑒。
[Abstract]:Avoiding risks is the hot and difficult point of current social governance. The existing literature has made a preliminary summary of the related studies of adjacent avoidance risk, but there is no more systematic research on the risk of adjacent avoidance facilities. In this paper, the origin of environmental facilities risk avoidance, risk types, risk evolution dynamics, risk governance path and other aspects of foreign research literature are combed, and the preliminary construction of environmental adjacent risk avoidance analysis framework, It provides a theoretical reference for the further study of risk avoidance.
