【摘要】：城市治理結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化有賴于抽象系統(tǒng)信任的進(jìn)化與法治的發(fā)展。抽象系統(tǒng)信任在城市社會中承擔(dān)著特殊的社會信任重建功能,并推動著法律信任、法治發(fā)展和城市治理改善。從各國的城市治理基本規(guī)律和經(jīng)驗教訓(xùn)來看,讓抽象系統(tǒng)信任和法治在城市治理結(jié)構(gòu)中處于重要維度既是各國城市治理建設(shè)的基本經(jīng)驗之一,也是衡量一國城市治理現(xiàn)代化水平的重要標(biāo)志。而書面文化認(rèn)同既是抽象系統(tǒng)信任本身和城市化的產(chǎn)物,同時又參與到了抽象系統(tǒng)信任建設(shè)和城市治理完善之中。
[Abstract]:The optimization of urban governance structure depends on the evolution of abstract system trust and the development of rule of law. Abstract system trust plays a special role in the reconstruction of social trust in urban society, and promotes legal trust, the development of rule of law and the improvement of urban governance. From the basic laws and experiences of urban governance in various countries, it is one of the basic experiences of urban governance construction to let abstract system trust and rule of law in the important dimension of urban governance structure. It is also an important symbol to measure the modernization level of a country's urban governance. Written cultural identity is not only the product of abstract system trust and urbanization, but also involved in the construction of abstract system trust and the improvement of urban governance.
