【摘要】：目的：調(diào)查甘肅省女性公務(wù)員的生活質(zhì)量和主觀滿意度現(xiàn)狀,以及不同人口學(xué)特征對(duì)其產(chǎn)生的影響,研究其主要影響因素,為政府機(jī)構(gòu)在管理和教育工作方面提供客觀依據(jù)。方法：本文以生活質(zhì)量綜合評(píng)定問(wèn)卷(GQOLI一74)為調(diào)查問(wèn)卷,用分層隨機(jī)抽取的方法抽取甘肅省內(nèi)蘭州、金昌、張掖、平?jīng)鏊膫�(gè)地區(qū),再?gòu)氖屑?jí)機(jī)關(guān)到基層行政單位抽取共230名調(diào)查對(duì)象,現(xiàn)場(chǎng)指導(dǎo)完成問(wèn)卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果：1.總體來(lái)說(shuō),甘肅省女性公務(wù)員的客觀生活質(zhì)量和主觀滿意度在中等偏上水平,社會(huì)功能滿意度最高,物質(zhì)生活滿意度最低。2.不同人口學(xué)特征對(duì)甘肅省女性公務(wù)員生活質(zhì)量的影響情況顯示：生活質(zhì)量在50歲以上組主、客觀滿意度均最差,30歲以下者組客觀滿意度最好,客觀滿意度差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),主觀滿意度差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)；學(xué)歷越高生活質(zhì)量越好,客觀滿意度差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),主觀滿意度差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)；省會(huì)城市蘭州地區(qū)生活質(zhì)量明顯低于其余三個(gè)地級(jí)市,主、客觀差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)；已婚者生活質(zhì)量較未婚者好,主、客觀滿意度差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。3.影響女性公務(wù)員主觀滿意度的主要因素是婚姻和家庭、負(fù)性情感、經(jīng)濟(jì)收入、社會(huì)支持以及運(yùn)動(dòng)與感覺(jué)功能等五個(gè)因子。4.對(duì)自己生活質(zhì)量總體評(píng)價(jià)的主要影響因素為自尊、經(jīng)濟(jì)狀況、業(yè)余娛樂(lè)、軀體不適感、住房、工作與學(xué)習(xí)以及負(fù)性情感等七個(gè)因子。結(jié)論甘肅省女性公務(wù)員的客觀生活質(zhì)量和主觀滿意度均處于良好水平。但50歲以上組、低學(xué)歷組、蘭州地區(qū)組以及未婚組的生活質(zhì)量相對(duì)較差。應(yīng)關(guān)注她們的身體健康、工作壓力、經(jīng)濟(jì)收入、情感生活以及業(yè)余娛樂(lè)生活等,加強(qiáng)心理健康教育,預(yù)防心理障礙及工作倦怠等發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the quality of life and subjective satisfaction of female civil servants in Gansu Province and the influence of different demographic characteristics on them. Methods: a comprehensive quality of life questionnaire (GQOLI-74) was used to select Lanzhou, Jinchang, Zhangye and Pingliang in Gansu province. A total of 230 subjects were selected from municipal authorities to grass-roots administrative units, and completed the questionnaire survey. The result is 1: 1. Generally speaking, the objective quality of life and subjective satisfaction of female civil servants in Gansu Province are at the middle level, social function satisfaction is the highest, and material life satisfaction is the lowest. The effect of different demographic characteristics on the quality of life of female civil servants in Gansu Province showed that the subjective and objective satisfaction degree of the female civil servants over 50 years old were the worst and the objective satisfaction degree of those under 30 years old was the best. Objective satisfaction had statistical significance (P0.05), subjective satisfaction had no statistical significance (P0.05); the higher the degree of education, the better the quality of life, objective satisfaction had statistical significance (P0.05), subjective satisfaction had no statistical significance (P0.05). The quality of life in Lanzhou, the provincial capital, was significantly lower than that in the other three prefectural cities, and the subjective and objective differences were statistically significant (P0.05); the married people had better quality of life than those who were unmarried, and the subjective and objective satisfaction had statistical significance (P0.05). The main factors influencing the subjective satisfaction of female civil servants are marriage and family, negative emotion, economic income, social support, movement and sensory function. The main factors influencing the overall evaluation of their quality of life were self-esteem, economic status, amateur entertainment, physical discomfort, housing, work and study, and negative emotion. Conclusion the objective quality of life and subjective satisfaction of female civil servants in Gansu Province are at a good level. But the quality of life was relatively poor in the group over 50, the group with low education, the group with Lanzhou area and the group without marriage. They should pay attention to their physical health, job stress, economic income, emotional life and leisure life, strengthen mental health education, prevent psychological disorders and job burnout.
