【摘要】：在數(shù)據(jù)供應(yīng)方面,政府?dāng)?shù)據(jù)開放是各國推進(jìn)大數(shù)據(jù)應(yīng)用的主要戰(zhàn)略。然而服務(wù)于大數(shù)據(jù)應(yīng)用的"數(shù)據(jù)開放",既不同于過去的"信息公開",也不同于旨在提升政府運(yùn)營效率和治理能力的"信息共享",政府必須對數(shù)據(jù)開放及相關(guān)制度有全面深刻的理解,才能正確地實施數(shù)據(jù)開放戰(zhàn)略。
[Abstract]:In terms of data supply, the opening of government data is the main strategy to promote large data applications in various countries. However, the "open data" for large data applications is not only different from the "information disclosure" in the past, but also different from "information sharing" aimed at improving the efficiency and Governance of the government. The government must have a comprehensive depth of data opening and related systems. Only by understanding the data can we implement the strategy of data opening correctly.
