【摘要】：分享經(jīng)濟是信息革命發(fā)展到一定階段后出現(xiàn)的新型經(jīng)濟形態(tài),共享單車是分享經(jīng)濟的一個代表性行業(yè),是互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+背景下方便城市居民出行、踐行五大發(fā)展理念的新型業(yè)態(tài),這種遵循市場經(jīng)濟規(guī)律蓬勃發(fā)展起來的新型業(yè)態(tài)有其自我約束、自我完善的機制,當然也會產(chǎn)生一些負的外部性。政府應順應城市準公共物品供給多元化趨勢,在充分發(fā)揮市場配置城市交通資源、滿足居民出行需要的基礎上,借鑒國內(nèi)外經(jīng)驗,在監(jiān)管模式與體制機制方面積極探索、大膽創(chuàng)新,推動分享經(jīng)濟持續(xù)健康發(fā)展,使城市交通和居民出行更便捷、舒適、高效。
[Abstract]:Sharing economy is a new economic form that appears after the information revolution develops to a certain stage. Sharing bicycle is a representative industry of sharing economy, and it is a new type of business that facilitates the travel of urban residents under the background of the Internet and practices the five major development concepts. This new type of business, which follows the laws of market economy, has its own mechanism of self-restraint and self-improvement, and of course it will produce some negative externalities. The government should conform to the trend of the supply diversification of urban quasi-public goods, on the basis of giving full play to the market allocation of urban transportation resources and satisfying the residents' travel needs, draw lessons from domestic and foreign experience, and actively explore the supervision mode and institutional mechanism. Bold innovation, promote sustainable and healthy development of sharing economy, make urban transportation and residents travel more convenient, comfortable and efficient.
