【摘要】：正一、從協(xié)調(diào)型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)向變革型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)轉(zhuǎn)變當(dāng)前,商業(yè)環(huán)境瞬息萬(wàn)變,地球某角落發(fā)生的一件小事引發(fā)全球經(jīng)濟(jì)風(fēng)云變幻已不再鮮見(jiàn),朝令夕改更是如家常便飯。在此背景下,眾多組織開(kāi)始尋求領(lǐng)導(dǎo)方式的轉(zhuǎn)型——從協(xié)調(diào)型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)向變革型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)轉(zhuǎn)變。截至目前,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)通常被認(rèn)為是具有掌舵組織整體發(fā)展的能力,且能根據(jù)不同利害關(guān)系聽(tīng)取各方意見(jiàn),并通過(guò)協(xié)調(diào)相異意見(jiàn)以形成合意的組織角色類(lèi)型。具有這種能力的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)被稱(chēng)為協(xié)調(diào)型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)。這種類(lèi)型的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)因重視合意的
