【摘要】：使用多值集定性比較分析方法對2003—2015年間22個典型的鄰避運動案例進行系統(tǒng)的比較,結(jié)合中國抗爭政治的特點提出理解鄰避運動成功的探索性分析框架,指出相較資源動員理論,政治機會理論對當下"中國式"鄰避運動結(jié)果具有較強的解釋力。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),風險感知、東部地區(qū)、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)動員、中央媒體支持性報道以及溫和型運動策略并存是運動成功的影響因素。針對不同類型的鄰避設(shè)施,風險感知、東部地區(qū)、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)動員與中央媒體支持性報道并存是污染類鄰避運動成功的影響因素;風險感知、東部地區(qū)、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)動員、公民參與與中央媒體支持性報道并存是風險集聚類鄰避運動成功的影響因素;風險感知與東部地區(qū)共存是心理不悅和污名化類鄰避運動成功的影響因素。與以往研究不同的是,我們發(fā)現(xiàn)環(huán)保組織介入運動可能阻礙抗爭的成功。此外,本研究在一定程度上拓展了抗爭結(jié)果的研究方法。
[Abstract]:This paper makes a systematic comparison of 22 typical neighboring avoidance cases from 2003 to 2015 by using the method of qualitative comparative analysis of multi-valued sets, and puts forward an exploratory analytical framework to understand the success of the neighboring avoidance movement in light of the characteristics of Chinese resistance politics. Compared with the theory of resource mobilization, the theory of political opportunity has a strong explanatory power on the results of the current "Chinese" neighborhood avoidance movement. It is found that risk perception, eastern region, Internet mobilization, central media support report and the coexistence of moderate sports strategies are the factors influencing the success of sports. For different types of adjacent avoidance facilities, risk awareness, eastern region, the coexistence of Internet mobilization and central media support is the influence factor of the success of the pollution-type neighborhood avoidance campaign, risk perception, eastern region, Internet mobilization, The coexistence of citizen participation and central media support report is the influence factor of the success of risk agglomeration neighborhood avoidance movement, and the coexistence of risk perception and eastern region is the influence factor of psychological displeasure and stigmatization neighborhood avoidance movement success. In contrast to previous studies, we have found that the involvement of environmental groups in campaigns may hinder the success of the struggle. In addition, to some extent, this study extends the research methods of the results of resistance.
