【摘要】：長期以來,人們總把錢學(xué)森回國與中美大使級會談聯(lián)系在一起。而研究發(fā)現(xiàn),探尋錢學(xué)森回國過程,應(yīng)該放在建國初中共爭取海外留學(xué)生歸國的大背景下進(jìn)行考察,并結(jié)合50年代中美僑民歸國談判(日內(nèi)瓦談判、雙方駐日內(nèi)瓦領(lǐng)事間會談、美國總統(tǒng)及有關(guān)部門的磋商以及中美大使級會談)全過程進(jìn)行分析。
[Abstract]:Qian Xuesen's return to China has long been linked to ambassadorial talks between China and the United States. The study found that exploring the process of returning to Qian Xuesen should be carried out against the background of the founding of the people's Republic of China and the junior high school for the return of overseas students, and in the context of the return negotiations between Chinese and American expatriates in the 1950s (Geneva negotiations, talks between the two consulates in Geneva). The entire process is analyzed through consultations between the US President and relevant departments, as well as at the ambassadorial level between China and the United States.
