【摘要】：內(nèi)蒙古擁有豐富的資源,但長期以來經(jīng)濟(jì)的增長是以地區(qū)特色優(yōu)勢資源的耗費(fèi)為代價(jià),導(dǎo)致經(jīng)濟(jì)增長與資源環(huán)境承載力呈現(xiàn)出弱協(xié)調(diào),為此,政府干預(yù)對(duì)資源環(huán)境呈現(xiàn)出較強(qiáng)的正顯著性,綜合得分17.28%,但目前資金投入的不足,加劇了科技創(chuàng)新對(duì)資源環(huán)境的影響,呈現(xiàn)出強(qiáng)的負(fù)顯著性,得分為-28.211%,而區(qū)域社會(huì)發(fā)展的不均衡性對(duì)資源環(huán)境呈現(xiàn)出弱同勢性,基于此只有政府適度干預(yù)和市場力量共同作用,才能有效加速自主創(chuàng)新,并打破資源要素的瓶頸期,從而有效激活經(jīng)濟(jì)增長要素。
[Abstract]:Inner Mongolia has abundant resources, but for a long time, the economic growth is at the expense of the advantage resources with regional characteristics, which leads to the weak coordination between the economic growth and the carrying capacity of resources and environment. The government intervention has a strong positive significance on the resources and environment, and the comprehensive score is 17.28. However, the shortage of capital investment intensifies the impact of scientific and technological innovation on the resources and environment, showing a strong negative significance. The score is -28.211, and the imbalance of regional social development is weak and homogeneous to the resources and environment. Based on this, only the moderate intervention of the government and market forces can effectively accelerate independent innovation and break the bottleneck period of resource elements. Thus effectively activate the elements of economic growth.
