【摘要】：科技的發(fā)展改變了人們的思維方式和行為方式,自媒體帶給人們更隨性、便捷的用戶體驗,公民借助自媒體平臺參與網(wǎng)絡(luò)反腐已經(jīng)成為我國反腐實踐中的重要組成部分。十八大之后,黨中央將反腐倡廉建設(shè)提到了新的高度,反腐敗工作取得了一系列顯著成果。英國政治哲學(xué)家阿克頓有一句廣為世人所知的名言,“權(quán)力導(dǎo)致腐敗,絕對權(quán)力導(dǎo)致絕對腐敗�！笨梢�,不受約束的權(quán)力天然的具有腐敗的傾向,因而必須對權(quán)力進(jìn)行監(jiān)督和制約。我國正處于社會轉(zhuǎn)型的關(guān)鍵時期,經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會高速發(fā)展,腐敗的發(fā)生會直接影響到政府的公信力以及社會的和諧穩(wěn)定,網(wǎng)絡(luò)反腐作為公民實現(xiàn)民主監(jiān)督的一種有效途徑,是行政監(jiān)督和司法監(jiān)督的有力補(bǔ)充,對我國的反腐倡廉建設(shè)有著重要的意義,與此同時,網(wǎng)絡(luò)反腐還存在著很多影響其進(jìn)一步發(fā)展完善的問題,亟待研究解決。本文通過回顧我國網(wǎng)絡(luò)反腐的興起及發(fā)展歷程,總結(jié)得出網(wǎng)絡(luò)反腐的特征及社會價值,進(jìn)一步探討自媒體時代網(wǎng)絡(luò)反腐存在的問題及成因,最后就存在的問題提出自己的對策和建議。以期為我國網(wǎng)絡(luò)反腐的健康有序發(fā)展盡自己一份綿薄之力。
[Abstract]:The development of science and technology has changed people's way of thinking and behavior. Since the media has brought people more casual and convenient user experience, citizens' participation in network anti-corruption with the help of self-media platform has become an important part of anti-corruption practice in China. After the 18th National Congress, the Party Central Committee raised the anti-corruption work to a new height and made a series of remarkable achievements. British political philosopher Acton has a well-known saying, "Power leads to corruption, absolute power leads to absolute corruption." It can be seen that the unrestrained power has the tendency of corruption, so it must supervise and restrict the power. Our country is in the critical period of social transformation, with the rapid development of economy and society, the occurrence of corruption will directly affect the credibility of the government and the harmony and stability of the society. Network anti-corruption is an effective way for citizens to realize democratic supervision. It is a powerful supplement to administrative supervision and judicial supervision, which is of great significance to the construction of anti-corruption in our country. At the same time, there are still many problems affecting the further development and perfection of network anti-corruption, which need to be studied and solved urgently. By reviewing the rise and development of network anti-corruption in China, this paper summarizes the characteristics and social value of network anti-corruption, and further discusses the problems and causes of network anti-corruption in the era of self-media. At last, the author puts forward his own countermeasures and suggestions on the existing problems. With a view to our healthy and orderly development of network corruption to do their share.
