【摘要】：持續(xù)深化電子政務(wù)應(yīng)用,著力解決信息碎片化、應(yīng)用條塊化、服務(wù)割裂化等問題,以信息化推進(jìn)國家治理體系和治理能力現(xiàn)代化,形成"全國覆蓋、物理分散、邏輯集中、統(tǒng)籌調(diào)動(dòng)、資源共享、深度應(yīng)用"的國家大數(shù)據(jù)中心體系,是適應(yīng)社會(huì)治理模式轉(zhuǎn)變,發(fā)揮互聯(lián)網(wǎng)在國家管理和社會(huì)治理中作用的必然選擇。初步探討了全國一體化國家大數(shù)據(jù)中心體系架構(gòu)模式,即以政府統(tǒng)籌構(gòu)建的數(shù)據(jù)中心、數(shù)據(jù)共享交換平臺(tái)、數(shù)據(jù)開放平臺(tái)為核心,形成三個(gè)平臺(tái)體系——數(shù)據(jù)中心與云計(jì)算平臺(tái)、全國政務(wù)信息資源共享交換平臺(tái)、大數(shù)據(jù)資源服務(wù)平臺(tái)。
[Abstract]:We will continue to deepen the application of e-government, focus on solving the problems of fragmentation of information, fragmentation of applications, fragmentation of services, and so on, so as to promote the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity with information technology, thus forming "nationwide coverage, physical dispersion, and logical concentration," The central system of national big data, which includes overall mobilization, resource sharing and deep application, is an inevitable choice to adapt to the transformation of social governance mode and to play the role of Internet in state management and social governance. This paper preliminarily discusses the national integrated national big data center architecture model, that is, the data center, the data sharing exchange platform and the data open platform, which are constructed by the government as a whole. Forming three platform systems-data center and cloud computing platform, national government information resource sharing exchange platform, big data resource service platform.
