【摘要】：推進(jìn)共享發(fā)展在地區(qū)層面體現(xiàn)為著力解決城鄉(xiāng)差距、地區(qū)差距、貧富差距問(wèn)題。重慶市圍繞共享發(fā)展推出了一系列創(chuàng)新性的舉措,形成了效率優(yōu)先、兼顧公平的實(shí)踐框架,在行政管理體制改革中處理好政府與市場(chǎng)關(guān)系,在經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展中處理好效率與公平關(guān)系,在民生發(fā)展中處理好共富與共享關(guān)系,實(shí)現(xiàn)了城鄉(xiāng)差距和地區(qū)差距的有效縮減,遏制了貧富差距擴(kuò)大化的趨勢(shì)。這為我國(guó)行政管理體制改革提供了有益的經(jīng)驗(yàn)借鑒。
[Abstract]:The promotion of shared development at the regional level embodies in the efforts to solve the gap between urban and rural areas, regional disparities, the gap between rich and poor. Chongqing has launched a series of innovative measures around shared development, forming a practical framework that gives priority to efficiency and gives consideration to fairness, and deals well with the relationship between the government and the market in the reform of the administrative management system. In the process of economic and social development, the relationship between efficiency and equity is handled well, and the relationship between the rich and the poor is well handled in the development of the people's livelihood. The effective reduction of the gap between urban and rural areas and regions is realized, and the widening trend of the gap between the rich and the poor is restrained. This has provided the beneficial experience for our country administrative management system reform.
