【摘要】：胡錦濤民族理論是馬克思主義民族思想中國(guó)化的進(jìn)一步成果,是對(duì)馬克思主義民族理論的進(jìn)一步豐富和發(fā)展,是今后我黨今后制定民族方針、政策的主要依據(jù)。論文概括了胡錦濤民族理論的產(chǎn)生有其理論基礎(chǔ)和現(xiàn)實(shí)背景。胡錦濤民族理論是在新的歷史條件下,繼承了馬克思主義民族理論,并結(jié)合改革開放以來中國(guó)民族問題實(shí)際的基礎(chǔ)上,逐步形成和發(fā)展起來的。它系統(tǒng)的回答了應(yīng)如何解決改革開放條件下的民族問題:用科學(xué)發(fā)展觀指導(dǎo)民族工作、加強(qiáng)民族團(tuán)結(jié)、加強(qiáng)民族地區(qū)人才資源開發(fā)、完善民族區(qū)域自治制度、用民族精神激勵(lì)國(guó)人。它也第一次提出了“兩個(gè)共同”“三個(gè)不容”民族“六要素”和新型的社會(huì)主義民族關(guān)系,這為當(dāng)前的民族工作提供了支撐。胡錦濤民族理論有著深厚的理論價(jià)值與實(shí)踐價(jià)值:理論價(jià)值方面,它不僅發(fā)展了馬克思主義民族思想,更加豐富了中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義民族思想,拓展了民族復(fù)興的思路;實(shí)踐價(jià)值方面,它有利于促進(jìn)各民族共同發(fā)展,實(shí)現(xiàn)祖國(guó)的統(tǒng)一,維護(hù)民族團(tuán)結(jié),而且給了并不安定的國(guó)際社會(huì)一個(gè)很好的啟示作用。同時(shí),研究胡錦濤同志的民族理論也是學(xué)術(shù)界關(guān)于改革開放條件下如何解決民族問題和馬克思主義中國(guó)化的重要研究課題之一。
[Abstract]:Hu Jintao's national theory is the further achievement of the Sinicization of Marxist national thought, the further enrichment and development of Marxist national theory, and the main basis for our Party to formulate the national policy and policy in the future. The thesis generalizes that Hu Jintao's ethnic theory has its theoretical foundation and realistic background. Under the new historical conditions, Hu Jintao's national theory is gradually formed and developed on the basis of the Marxist national theory and the reality of China's ethnic problems since the reform and opening up. It systematically answers how to solve the ethnic problems under the conditions of reform and opening up: guiding national work with the scientific concept of development, strengthening national unity, strengthening the development of human resources in minority areas, and perfecting the system of regional autonomy for ethnic minorities. Inspire the people with the spirit of the nation. It also puts forward for the first time "two common", "three impermissible nations", "six elements" and a new type of socialist national relationship, which provides the support for the current national work. Hu Jintao ethnic theory has profound theoretical value and practical value: in theoretical value, it not only develops Marxist national thought, but also enriches socialist national thought with Chinese characteristics and expands the thought of national rejuvenation. In terms of practical value, it is helpful to promote the common development of all nationalities, realize the reunification of the motherland, safeguard national unity, and give a very good enlightenment to the international community which is not stable. At the same time, studying Comrade Hu Jintao's national theory is also one of the important research topics of academic circles on how to solve national problems and Marxism in China under the condition of reform and opening up.
