【摘要】：內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)70年實(shí)踐證明,維護(hù)和鞏固國(guó)家統(tǒng)一與實(shí)現(xiàn)和保障少數(shù)民族區(qū)域自治有效結(jié)合、辯證統(tǒng)一是實(shí)行和完善民族區(qū)域自治的根本原則;必須把少數(shù)民族的歷史文化特點(diǎn)等民族因素與少數(shù)民族地區(qū)的地域和從業(yè)特點(diǎn)等地域因素有機(jī)結(jié)合;必須加強(qiáng)民族團(tuán)結(jié),協(xié)調(diào)民族關(guān)系,促進(jìn)民族社會(huì)和諧等政治因素與加速民族經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,促進(jìn)民族地區(qū)民生改善,加快各民族小康生活實(shí)現(xiàn)等經(jīng)濟(jì)因素密切結(jié)合;必須大力培養(yǎng)選拔任用少數(shù)民族干部和人才;必須堅(jiān)持中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo),加強(qiáng)中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨各級(jí)組織建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:The practice of Inner Mongolia Autonomous region for 70 years has proved that the fundamental principle of implementing and perfecting regional national autonomy is to maintain and consolidate the national unity and to realize and guarantee the effective combination of regional autonomy of ethnic minorities. Ethnic factors such as the historical and cultural characteristics of ethnic minorities must be organically combined with regional factors such as the regional and professional characteristics of ethnic minority areas, and ethnic unity must be strengthened and ethnic relations should be coordinated. The political factors such as promoting the harmony of national society are closely combined with economic factors such as accelerating the development of national economy, improving the people's livelihood in minority areas, accelerating the realization of the well-off life of all ethnic groups, and so on, therefore, we must make great efforts to train and select and appoint cadres and talents of minority nationalities. We must adhere to the leadership of the Communist Party of China and strengthen the Party's organizational construction at all levels.
