【摘要】：正"放管服"改革是一場向縱深發(fā)展的政府自我革命,是供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革的重要內(nèi)容,是激發(fā)大眾創(chuàng)業(yè)萬眾創(chuàng)新的有效保障。近年來,浙江省寧波市統(tǒng)籌推進(jìn)以服務(wù)窗口、政務(wù)平臺(tái)、審批標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)數(shù)據(jù)和改革力量為重點(diǎn)的"4+1"行政審批服務(wù)集成改革,努力打造行政審批服務(wù)"環(huán)節(jié)最少、效率最高、服務(wù)最優(yōu)"的城市。行政審批服務(wù)集成改革是"最多跑一次"改革的總抓手,是持續(xù)深化"放管服"改革、打造"一號(hào)一窗一網(wǎng)"的具體路徑和可行
