【摘要】：社區(qū)基金會在中國經過八年的發(fā)展已成為公益慈善與社區(qū)發(fā)展領域一種新的趨勢。本研究通過多個案研究對中國社區(qū)基金會的數(shù)量、類型、發(fā)展脈絡、特征等進行了詳細分析和討論。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),中國的社區(qū)基金會雖然受到全球化的影響,但自身卻是地方政府和社會為了突破中國當下城市社區(qū)社會組織發(fā)展資源不足的瓶頸而尋求的本土解決道路,它最重要的作用在于汲取本地資源,并將地方社會資源與社區(qū)社會組織鏈接。在社區(qū)基金會快速發(fā)展過程中,如何減少政府干預和激發(fā)民間活力、克服內部治理"失靈"、構建多元籌資體系、提升其戰(zhàn)略資助能力仍然是很多社區(qū)基金會面臨的亟待解決的關鍵問題。
[Abstract]:Community Foundation has become a new trend in the field of charity and community development after eight years of development in China. This study analyzes and discusses in detail the number, type, development context and characteristics of Chinese community foundations through multi-case studies. The study found that although the community foundation in China is affected by globalization, it is the local government and society in order to break through the bottleneck of the development of urban community and social organizations in China and seek a local solution. Its most important role is to draw local resources and link local social resources to community social organizations. In the process of rapid development of community foundations, how to reduce government intervention and stimulate folk vitality, overcome the "failure" of internal governance, and build a pluralistic financing system, Improving its strategic funding capacity remains a key issue facing many community foundations.
