【摘要】：機(jī)關(guān)內(nèi)耗會(huì)使內(nèi)部的環(huán)境惡化,人際關(guān)系緊張復(fù)雜,運(yùn)行成本不斷攀高,機(jī)關(guān)目標(biāo)難以達(dá)成。消除機(jī)關(guān)內(nèi)耗,要建立明確科學(xué)的機(jī)制,使機(jī)關(guān)成員中的每個(gè)人既能職能權(quán)責(zé)分明,又能分工協(xié)作;要根據(jù)工作需要安排人員,清除熱衷于內(nèi)耗的害群之馬;要營(yíng)造團(tuán)結(jié)向上的機(jī)關(guān)文化,形成干事創(chuàng)業(yè)的良好氛圍。
[Abstract]:Internal friction will make the internal environment deteriorate, the interpersonal relationship is tense and complex, the running cost is rising constantly, and the target of the organization is difficult to achieve. To eliminate internal friction in the organs, we should establish a clear and scientific mechanism so that each member of the organ can not only have clear functions and responsibilities, but also be able to work in a division of labor, and should arrange personnel according to the needs of the work, so as to clear up the black sheep who are keen on internal friction; To create a unity and upward organizational culture, the formation of a good atmosphere of entrepreneurial officers.
