【摘要】：傳媒與國家的政治、治理歷來都有著非常緊密的聯(lián)系。大眾傳媒與國家政治向來是密不可分的,如果對大眾傳播的發(fā)展歷史進行分析,便能夠從中找到傳媒與政治的合作、斗爭、控制以及反控制的歷史資料。這種密切的關系決定了傳媒在新形勢的發(fā)展中對國家治理將產(chǎn)生重大的影響,也必將對二者關系的重新定位和發(fā)展提出新的要求。筆者運用國家治理理論、傳媒功能理論以及馬克思主義經(jīng)典作家相關理論分析我國傳媒發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,以治理主體、治理客體、治理理念和治理手段為切入點,探討現(xiàn)階段我國國家治理在相關領域內如何實現(xiàn)。本文的研究內容分為六個部分。首先是導論；二是對國家治理和傳媒的概述；三是論述國家治理需借助的傳媒功能和需要注意的問題；四是以國家治理視角分析產(chǎn)生這些問題的原因分析；五是對傳媒領域內國家治理實現(xiàn)的新途徑進行探索；最后是結語。筆者通過系統(tǒng)分析法、文獻研究法、功能分析法、定性分析法對命題展開研究�；谖覈鴤髅桨l(fā)展分析國家治理如何實現(xiàn),以此保證研究的連貫性和完整性。同時,通過學術文獻數(shù)據(jù)庫、新華網(wǎng)、人民網(wǎng)、學者的著作等途徑搜集資料,對已有的文獻資料進行查閱、整理、分析、歸納,以此對課堂形成總體認識和對研究內容形成全部的把握。基于當前我國傳媒發(fā)展過程中遇到的問題和發(fā)展前景分析,未來的其他各領域都應從國家治理的角度予以分析和調整。社會的調整變革應站在國家治理的高度,形成正確有效的戰(zhàn)略選擇。一切為了人民,一切為了公共利益的最大化。不管是作為治理元主體的政府,還是非政府組織、市場、公民都應心懷信仰和信念,為早日建成富強民主的現(xiàn)代化強國而努力。
[Abstract]:Media and national politics, governance has always had a very close relationship. Mass media has always been inseparable from national politics. If we analyze the history of mass communication, we can find the historical materials of cooperation, struggle, control and anti-control between mass media and politics. This close relationship determines that the media will have a great impact on the governance of the country in the development of the new situation, and will certainly put forward new requirements for the re-orientation and development of the relationship between the two. The author uses the theory of national governance, the theory of media function and the relevant theories of Marxist classical writers to analyze the present situation of the media development in China, taking the governance subject, the governance object, the governance idea and the governance means as the breakthrough point. This paper discusses how to realize the governance of our country in the relevant fields at the present stage. The research content of this paper is divided into six parts. The first is introduction; the second is the overview of national governance and media; the third is to discuss the media functions and problems that need to be paid attention to; the fourth is to analyze the causes of these problems from the perspective of national governance. Fifth, explore the new ways to realize the state governance in the field of media; finally, the conclusion. The author studies propositions through systematic analysis, literature research, functional analysis and qualitative analysis. Based on the development of media in China, this paper analyzes how to realize national governance to ensure the continuity and integrity of the research. At the same time, through the academic literature database, Xinhuanet, people's net, scholars' works and other channels to collect information, to consult, collate, analyze, sum up the existing literature, In order to form a general understanding of the classroom and the content of the study to form a full grasp. Based on the analysis of the problems encountered in the process of media development in our country and the analysis of the development prospects, other fields in the future should be analyzed and adjusted from the point of view of national governance. The adjustment and transformation of society should stand at the height of national governance and form a correct and effective strategic choice. Everything for the people, all for the public interest maximization. Whether it is the government that governs the meta-main body or the non-government organization the market and the citizen should hold faith and strive to build a prosperous and strong democratic modern power as soon as possible.
