【摘要】：治理理論適用性研究,本質(zhì)上探討的是先進(jìn)理論本土化的問題。基于此,治理的中國(guó)樣態(tài)展示為現(xiàn)代政黨權(quán)威的成功樹立、協(xié)商治理的有序推進(jìn)、傳統(tǒng)文化的現(xiàn)代轉(zhuǎn)換、國(guó)家治理現(xiàn)代化的實(shí)現(xiàn)。治理依托話語(yǔ)與制度發(fā)揮作用,法治基礎(chǔ)之上的制度化是保障政黨權(quán)威、協(xié)商治理與傳統(tǒng)文化的基本渠道。
[Abstract]:The study of applicability of governance theory essentially discusses the localization of advanced theory. Based on this, the Chinese model of governance is shown for the successful establishment of the authority of modern political parties, the orderly promotion of consultative governance, the modern transformation of traditional culture, and the realization of modernization of national governance. The institutionalization of governance based on the rule of law is the basic channel to guarantee the authority of political parties and to negotiate governance and traditional culture.
