【摘要】：文章在蘇南地區(qū)實地調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上,探討社區(qū)社會組織培育體系問題。在培育模式環(huán)節(jié),目前的"孵化器模式"存在標準化模式難以滿足需求、培育師資不足等問題,為此需要豐富培育模式。在培育政策環(huán)節(jié),目前存在資金使用限制較多、政策缺乏差異性等問題,為此需要放松資金方面的限制、實施差異性政策等。在培育對象選擇環(huán)節(jié),目前存在選擇標準欠合理、未能根據(jù)社區(qū)類型考慮培育對象等問題,為此需要制定科學的選擇標準、根據(jù)社區(qū)特點選擇培育重點等。在培育方式環(huán)節(jié),目前存在缺乏靈活性、持續(xù)性等問題,為此需要開設(shè)"菜單培育"、實施"終身培育"等。
[Abstract]:On the basis of field investigation in South of Jiangsu, this paper discusses the problem of community social organization cultivation system. In the link of cultivation mode, the existing "incubator model" is difficult to meet the needs and cultivate the shortage of teachers. Therefore, it is necessary to enrich the cultivation model. In the process of cultivating policy, there are many restrictions on the use of funds. The policy is lack of difference and so on, so it is necessary to relax the limitation of funds and implement the difference policy. In the selection link of the cultivation object, there is a lack of reasonable selection criteria and the failure to consider the cultivation object according to the type of community. Therefore, the scientific selection criteria must be formulated and the cultivation emphasis should be selected according to the characteristics of the community. There are some problems such as lack of flexibility and continuity. Therefore, it is necessary to establish "menu cultivation" and implement "lifelong education".
