【摘要】：支持型社會(huì)組織作為一種新型的社會(huì)組織形式,主要以培育和提升一線社會(huì)組織為組織目標(biāo)。當(dāng)前我國(guó)支持型社會(huì)組織的具體形態(tài)大致可分為政府力量主導(dǎo)型、社會(huì)力量主導(dǎo)型及基金會(huì)力量主導(dǎo)型三類。這三種類型的支持型社會(huì)組織近年來(lái)在社會(huì)組織培育方面均取得了斐然的成績(jī),但也存在諸多內(nèi)外部的發(fā)展困境。而何種類型的社會(huì)組織具有更高的培育績(jī)效、更契合當(dāng)下的社會(huì)發(fā)育水平、更具備推廣的價(jià)值和可能性,則需要我們進(jìn)行深入細(xì)致的學(xué)理分析和實(shí)踐檢證。從靜態(tài)的結(jié)構(gòu)分析視角和動(dòng)態(tài)的行動(dòng)分析視角對(duì)三種類型的支持型社會(huì)組織進(jìn)行全面比較,不失為一個(gè)較為系統(tǒng)的思路,可為社會(huì)治理及社會(huì)政策的制定提供多維度、全方位的依據(jù)和佐證。此外,參照發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家的社會(huì)組織培育經(jīng)驗(yàn)也可以為我們提供很好的鏡鑒和啟示。
[Abstract]:As a new type of social organization, the supporting social organization aims to foster and promote the first-line social organization. At present, the concrete forms of supporting social organization in our country can be divided into three types: government power leading type, social force leading type and foundation power leading type. These three types of supporting social organizations have made great achievements in the cultivation of social organizations in recent years, but there are also many internal and external development difficulties. What types of social organizations have higher cultivation performance, more in line with the current level of social development, more with the value and possibility of promotion, we need to conduct in-depth and meticulous theoretical analysis and practical verification. From the perspective of static structure analysis and dynamic action analysis, this paper makes a comprehensive comparison of the three types of supporting social organizations, which is a more systematic way of thinking and can provide multiple dimensions for social governance and the formulation of social policies. All-round evidence and corroboration. In addition, reference to the social organization of developed countries can also provide us with good experience and inspiration.
