D區(qū)統(tǒng)計局員工激勵研究

【摘要】:近年來,為了更好地服務(wù)社會提升行政效能,我國一直在積極構(gòu)建服務(wù)型政府;鶎庸珓(wù)員,作為連接國家和群眾最緊密的橋梁和紐帶,有著舉足輕重的作用。然而,由于我國當前對基層公務(wù)人員激勵力度不夠,導(dǎo)致在基層一線仍存在員工工作散漫,工作效率不高等現(xiàn)象,嚴重制約了政府職能的快速轉(zhuǎn)變。因此,當前基層公務(wù)人員的激勵制度亟待完善。本文從實際出發(fā),以D區(qū)統(tǒng)計局員工激勵為例,結(jié)合我國特有的公務(wù)員管理模式及現(xiàn)有的激勵理論,以調(diào)查問卷的形式展開對該局員工當前激勵情況以及工作滿意度的調(diào)查,并從調(diào)查結(jié)果中尋求該局當前員工激勵不足的原因,為該局在員工激勵的改進上提出了幾點建議和方法,希望以此來充分調(diào)動和激發(fā)該局員工的主動性和積極性。
[Abstract]:In recent years, in order to better serve the society and enhance the administrative efficiency, China has been actively building a service-oriented government. Grass-roots civil servants, as the most close bridge and link between the state and the masses, play an important role. However, due to the lack of incentive to grass-roots civil servants in our country, there are still some phenomena in the grass-roots line, such as sloppy work and low efficiency, which seriously restrict the rapid transformation of government functions. Therefore, the current grass-roots civil servants incentive system needs to be improved. This paper starts from the reality, taking the employee incentive of D region Bureau of Statistics as an example, combining the unique management mode of civil servant and the existing incentive theory in our country, and carries out the investigation on the current incentive situation and job satisfaction of the staff in this bureau by questionnaire. From the results of the investigation, this paper tries to find out the reasons for the lack of motivation of the staff in the Bureau, and puts forward some suggestions and methods for the improvement of the staff motivation in the Bureau, hoping to fully mobilize and stimulate the initiative and enthusiasm of the staff of the Bureau.
