【摘要】：隨著國(guó)家治理體系和治理能力現(xiàn)代化戰(zhàn)略布局的推進(jìn),政府與社會(huì)之間的互動(dòng)關(guān)系也將面臨著調(diào)整和變革,政府與社會(huì)的良性互動(dòng)決定著創(chuàng)新社會(huì)治理的實(shí)現(xiàn)程度。因此,在社會(huì)治理相關(guān)理論界定的基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)“政府互動(dòng)意愿”和“社會(huì)自我調(diào)節(jié)能力”兩個(gè)維度構(gòu)建政府與社會(huì)互動(dòng)關(guān)系的分析模型,結(jié)合國(guó)情分析歸納出當(dāng)前創(chuàng)新社會(huì)治理中中國(guó)政府與社會(huì)的互動(dòng)關(guān)系模式,并對(duì)其優(yōu)化理路進(jìn)行了剖析和建議,進(jìn)而形成政府與社會(huì)的良性互動(dòng)關(guān)系,將對(duì)中國(guó)創(chuàng)新社會(huì)治理提供有益助力。
[Abstract]:With the development of the national governance system and the modernization strategic layout of governance capacity, the interactive relationship between government and society will also face adjustment and change. The benign interaction between government and society determines the degree of the realization of innovative social governance. Therefore, on the basis of the definition of social governance theory, this paper constructs an analytical model of the relationship between government and social interaction through the two dimensions of "government interaction will" and "social self-regulation ability". Based on the analysis of the national conditions, this paper sums up the current interactive relationship model of innovating the Chinese government and society, and analyzes and suggests the optimization of the relationship between the government and the society, and then forms the benign interactive relationship between the government and the society. It will provide beneficial help to China's innovative social governance.
