【摘要】：與傳統(tǒng)慈善相比,現(xiàn)代慈善在覆蓋領(lǐng)域、參與主體、運(yùn)行方式和功能定位上不斷延伸拓展,呈現(xiàn)出一種基于私人自愿無(wú)償捐贈(zèng)或服務(wù)的公共產(chǎn)品合作供給外觀�；�"社會(huì)人"理性的成本—收益分析,政府組織、慈善組織、捐贈(zèng)者、受益者、公眾媒體等利益相關(guān)主體以不同的角色和方式參與慈善合作。主體間的互動(dòng)推動(dòng)著慈善合作的不斷演進(jìn),實(shí)現(xiàn)社會(huì)公共利益的最大化,其中政府組織對(duì)基本制度框架的供給,慈善組織對(duì)服務(wù)平臺(tái)的搭建,公眾媒體等對(duì)價(jià)值共識(shí)的凝聚是維系和促進(jìn)現(xiàn)代慈善合作的關(guān)鍵因素。
[Abstract]:Compared with the traditional charity, the modern charity expands continuously in the field of coverage, participation, operation and function orientation, and presents a kind of public goods cooperative supply appearance based on private voluntary donation or service. Based on "social person" rational cost-benefit analysis, government organizations, charitable organizations, donors, beneficiaries, public media and other stakeholders in different roles and ways to participate in charitable cooperation. The interaction between the subjects promotes the continuous evolution of charitable cooperation and maximizes the social public interest, including the supply of the basic institutional framework by government organizations, and the construction of service platforms by charitable organizations. The convergence of value consensus in public media is the key factor to maintain and promote modern philanthropic cooperation.
