【摘要】：正在國(guó)家治理過(guò)程中,時(shí)間管理并非只有統(tǒng)一時(shí)間標(biāo)準(zhǔn),劃分工作階段,明確最后期限等自上而下規(guī)定時(shí)間的方式,還需要各主體之間進(jìn)行時(shí)間協(xié)調(diào),根據(jù)實(shí)際情況調(diào)整時(shí)間安排,保持時(shí)間管理的彈性。社會(huì)分化和勞動(dòng)分工是現(xiàn)代社會(huì)的基本特征,因此,在很大意義上,國(guó)家治理就是對(duì)分化的控制,對(duì)分工的協(xié)調(diào),以使多元化的社會(huì)能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)有效合作,保持良好秩序。時(shí)間管理作為國(guó)家治理的基本方式,理應(yīng)起到
