【摘要】：慈善是中華民族的傳統(tǒng)美德。幾千年來形成的這一傳統(tǒng)美德依然深刻影響著公民的慈善意識。改革開放以后,中國的經(jīng)濟(jì)取得了巨大的成就,但是經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展也帶來了貧富差距的不斷擴(kuò)大,慈善以“第三次分配”的形式,對于新形勢下調(diào)節(jié)利益分配、緩解社會矛盾、促進(jìn)社會公平、增進(jìn)社會和諧有著重要的意義。同時,慈善是廣大群眾重要道德實踐活動,在提高公民社會責(zé)任意識、營造良好社會風(fēng)氣、促進(jìn)社會主義精神文明建設(shè)、增強(qiáng)民族凝聚力等方面發(fā)揮著不容小覷的作用。時代要求我們從實踐中了解當(dāng)代公民慈善意識現(xiàn)狀,并進(jìn)一步以社會主義核心價值觀為導(dǎo)向進(jìn)行公民慈善意識的培育。因此本文首先對公民慈善意識相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行研究,分析了公民慈善意識的概念,中國公民慈善意識的淵源及其發(fā)展和它在中國特色社會主義建設(shè)中的價值。然后在理論研究的基礎(chǔ)之上,通過問卷調(diào)查和個別訪談,分析了當(dāng)代中國公民慈善意識現(xiàn)狀,并從調(diào)研結(jié)果中提出了道德榜樣、道德實踐、宗教觀念、社會風(fēng)尚等因素對公民慈善意識形成的影響。最后在調(diào)查基礎(chǔ)之上,立足公民慈善意識的特征和現(xiàn)狀,指出公民慈善意識培育應(yīng)把握的主要內(nèi)容,提出在道德和法律層面加強(qiáng)培育公民慈善意識的辦法。進(jìn)而指出社會主義核心價值觀如何在富強(qiáng)、民主、文明、和諧、自由、平等、公正、法治、愛國、敬業(yè)、誠信、友善等具體方面引領(lǐng)慈公民善意識培育。在當(dāng)代中國,面對社會發(fā)展的新形勢,必須大力培育公民慈善意識,使慈善意識的培育凝結(jié)崇德向善的正能量、實現(xiàn)社會主義核心價值觀落細(xì)、落小、落實的要求,使之在培育和踐行社會主義核心價值觀的塑造新人和引領(lǐng)社會風(fēng)氣中發(fā)揮更大的作用。
[Abstract]:Charity is the traditional virtue of the Chinese nation. This traditional virtue, which has been formed for thousands of years, still deeply influences citizens' charitable consciousness. After the reform and opening up, China's economy has made great achievements, but the economic development has also brought about the widening gap between the rich and the poor. Charity, in the form of "third distribution", adjusts the distribution of benefits and alleviates social contradictions under the new situation. It is of great significance to promote social equity and social harmony. At the same time, charity is an important moral practice activity for the masses, which plays an important role in raising the sense of civil social responsibility, creating a good social atmosphere, promoting the construction of socialist spiritual civilization and strengthening the national cohesion. The times require us to understand the present situation of citizen's charity consciousness from practice, and further cultivate the citizen's charity consciousness guided by socialist core values. Therefore, this paper firstly studies the theory of citizen's charity consciousness, analyzes the concept of citizen's charity consciousness, the origin and development of Chinese citizen's charity consciousness and its value in the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Then, on the basis of theoretical research, through questionnaire survey and individual interviews, this paper analyzes the present situation of Chinese citizens' charity consciousness, and puts forward moral example, moral practice, religious concept from the results of the investigation. The influence of social fashion and other factors on the formation of citizen's charity consciousness. Finally, on the basis of investigation, based on the characteristics and present situation of citizen's charity consciousness, this paper points out the main contents that should be grasped in the cultivation of citizen's charity consciousness, and puts forward the methods to strengthen the cultivation of citizen's charitable consciousness in the level of morality and law. Then it points out how socialist core values lead the cultivation of good sense of kindness in the aspects of prosperity, democracy, civilization, harmony, freedom, equality, justice, rule of law, patriotism, dedication, honesty, kindness, and so on. In contemporary China, in the face of the new situation of social development, we must make great efforts to cultivate citizens' awareness of charity, so that the cultivation of charity consciousness condenses the positive energy of Chongde and the good, and realizes the requirements of the socialist core values falling into fineness, becoming small and fulfilling. So that it can play a greater role in cultivating and practicing socialist core values in shaping new people and leading the social ethos.
